The Process
The facilitation of the GPC360 Leadership Assessment couldn’t be simpler. Once the assessment or survey content has been agreed upon and set up:
- Administrator, HR Professional or Executive Coach provides the names and email address for all clients and the required assessment completion date
- GPC360 sets up all clients
- Clients receive an automatic email that includes process instructions and a confidential login name and password
- Clients or administrators input the names and email addresses for all their respondents
- Clients complete a Self-Assessment
- Respondents complete the assessment (completely anonymous – identities protected)
- Client can review respondent completion progress up to the completion expiry date
- Reports are made available
