The Process

The facilitation of the GPC360 Leadership Assessment couldn’t be simpler. Once the assessment or survey content has been agreed upon and set up:

  1. Administrator, HR Professional or Executive Coach provides the names and email address for all clients and the required assessment completion date
  2. GPC360 sets up all clients
  3. Clients receive an automatic email that includes process instructions and a confidential login name and password
  4. Clients or administrators input the names and email addresses for all their respondents
  5. Clients complete a Self-Assessment
  6. Respondents complete the assessment (completely anonymous – identities protected)
  7. Client can review respondent completion progress up to the completion expiry date
  8. Reports are made available
